Although not as versatile as face-to-face therapy, it is still possible to shape our sessions to compliment how you prefer to learn and explore. It may require us to be less spontaneous, with the need to pre-prepare in anticipation of particular activities.
However, there are a myriad of creative options that we can do alongside each other. Video conferencing and screen sharing provides a valuable interactive experience, such that virtual therapy has become increasingly popular over recent years.
You deserve to feel heard and understood in a safe space without judgment.
You may not have people in your life who listen when you share how you’re feeling. You may not have the skills to cope with the challenges you’re facing in your day to day life.
Psychotherapy can provide you with a safe space where you can share without judgment, where you can learn new skills to manage these challenges, and where you can explore who you are in this moment and who you want to be. You’ll learn to be kind to yourself, how to sit with feelings that are uncomfortable, so that you can grow and evolve.

Its always a good idea to have pen, paper and maybe even coloured pens/pencils with you too.
